Eamon O'Brien

Eamon believes people, teams and organisations can be quite unusually brilliant.

He is an experienced coach and facilitator. He supports and challenges his clients to develop their careers, be engaged in what they do, take meaning from their work, build positive relationships and of course to achieve results.

Eamon brings creativity, honesty, humour and energy to his work. He has a love of learning and holds a M.Sc. in People and Organisational Development and a Post Graduate Certificate in Coaching. He is an APECS Accredited Executive Coach.

Eamon qualified as a pharmacist before spending the first fifteen years of his career in marketing and sales within the pharmaceutical industry. There, he developed his passion for working with individuals and teams to develop ways to improve their own performance and that of their brands. He has held roles at every level from representative to UK Executive Team member with major pharmaceutical companies. As well as driving commercial success, his work involved the leadership, management and coaching of many teams and people. In addition Eamon has significant experience of designing and leading change programmes including process re-engineering and culture change. He has worked with clients to build successful teams and brands in the UK, Europe and Emerging Markets.

As well as his experience of working in the pharmaceutical marketplace his work has taken him into a variety of sectors including the development of elite coaches at the Rugby Football Union.

Paul Deeprose

Paul believes that if people play to their strengths every day, the engagement, fulfilment and performance that result makes life an exciting adventure.

He is an experienced career coach and facilitator, whose style is personable, commercial and appropriately challenging, allowing for productive sessions that are objective focused rather than ‘comfy conversations’. Working hard with his clients to act on their career ambitions, he supports them to find new meaning and energy in their working lives.

Paul helps leaders and teams move through critical transition points, recognising what is required to shift onto their next development and performance curve.

While qualified in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring (ILM level 7), Paul is a pragmatist. Building strong and amicable rapport with his clients, his work focuses on real issues, real solutions and real results.

Starting as a graduate trainee at John Lewis he has enjoyed careers in Retail (operations and HR), FMCG (Sales & Marketing) and Executive Search with a consistent theme of developing businesses through the talents of their people. He moved away from ‘headhunting’ in 2009 to focus on helping others look at their leadership, team work and performance to enable them to have rewarding careers they are immensely proud of.
